Jim spent the majority of his career at bulge bracket investment banks including Citigroup (previously Salomon Brothers), Bear Stearns and Barclays Capital. During that time he advised a wide variety of large cap and mid cap energy companies in M&A and public capital markets transactions, raising over $25 billion for his clients. He most recently led the energy practice at Houlihan Lokey where he closed over 40 M&A, fairness and valuation assignments for energy clients. Jim has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BS from the University of Illinois. He holds the CFA charter and is series 7 and 63 registered. |
